How To Update Domain Contact Information

You can update the contact details on a domain at any time. It's important to keep your information accurate to prevent missing any domain-related notifications, such as renewals. You can modify your content information directly through our Client Area.

Follow these steps to change your domain contact information:

1. Log in to our Client Area:
   https://clients.uptimewebhosting.com.au/
   
   
   
2. From the main menu, click on Domains->My Domains.
   
   
   
3. Click on the domain you would like to change from your domains list:
   
4. In the Manage panel, click on Contact Information:
   
   
5. Different domains have different contacts. Australian Domains have Registrant and Tech. International domains may have Registrant, Admin, Billing and Tech. Update each contact with the relevant information. 
   
6. You can use an existing contact already set up in your client area, like your profile information:
   
   Or you can manually enter the information:
   
7. Then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen:
   
8. Repeat for each Contact (tech etc.) as needed.
