In some cases, we need to connect to your device to help you with your support case.

SplashTop SOS allows us to connect to your desktop in a secure and private remote control session. 
This lets us see and use your device as if we were sitting in front of it.

To initiate a remote control session, please download this one-time-use software:

Once you have downloaded and started the application, please provide your support tech with the 9-digit code.
We will then be able to connect to your desktop.
