Standard support covers all technical issues outside your control on our network. There is no fee for standard support.

 Hosting Support

Hosting support provides technical assistance in modifying or configuring your hosting, email or domain. Minimum Cost (includes 10 minutes): $32. Additional time (billed per 10 minutes): $22

 Developer Support

Professional web developer support for updating or fixing your website. Minimum Cost (includes 10 minutes): $48. Additional time (billed per 10 minutes): $33

 Phone Support

If you need to talk to a tech you can book a call back to your phone number. Helpdesk fees may apply.
