In cPanel, you can set the storage allocated to each mailbox. Once a mailbox is full, it will no longer be able to receive emails.
You can increase or decrease the mailbox size by following the steps below:
- Log in to your cPanel account
- In the Email section, click on Email Accounts
- Find the email account you want to change in the list and click on it's Manage button:
- In the Storage section, set the new size of the mailbox in the Allocated Storage Space setting:
- Scroll down the screen and click on the Update Email Settings button to save your new password:
