Reset cPanel Email Password


You can reset or change your email password at any time via your cPanel account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account
  2. In the Email section, click on Email Accounts


  3. Find the email account you want to change in the list and click on it's Manage button:
  4. In the Security section, enter your new password or use the Generate button to create a new secure password.

    Click the EYE icon to show the password:



    IMPORTANT: Make sure your password is strong enough to meet the security requirements (5 green bars)

  5. Scroll down the screen and click on the Update Email Settings button to save your new password:


  6. Your password has now been changed.
  7. Make sure to update your email program settings with the new password.
