If you no longer need your hosting account, you can cancel it from the Client Area.
Follow these steps to request a cancellation.
- First, log in to the Client Area
- Then click on the Services tile:

- Click on the arrow button next to the service you want to cancel:

- In the Actions panel, click on Request Cancellation:

- Type in a reason for the cancellation, e.g. no longer required
- If your domain is also registered with UpTime, you will see a prompt asking if you'd like to also cancel the domain. Tick this box to let the connected domain expire:

- Select if you want the service to be cancelled immediately or at the end of the billing period.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any unused hosting period. - Finally, click on the Request Cancellation button.

- We will email you a confirmation of your cancellation request.
Please note that once a plan has been cancelled, it is removed from our network, including backups. Ensure you have a complete backup of your account before cancelling.
