We provide complete transparency on the status of our network.
There are times when servers need to be updated or rebooted, and in rare cases, a fault may actually occur on one of our servers.
Our monitoring system automatically logs issues and alerts us immediately, allowing us to address and resolve any problems promptly.
To view any current issues, go to Open Network Issues.
All current information is displayed on this screen.
To view any past issues, go to Resolved Network Issues.
You can switch between Views by using the View box:
When viewing the Open screen, we will also list the current status of all servers:
If a server has had any issues in the past 7 days, instead of a green icon, you will see a yellow or red alert:
Hover your mouse over the alert to get more information:
Extended Server Information
To get more information on your server, click on its name to get an extensive report on its history and current status.
Server Monitor Agents
We use a small piece of code called a monitor agent that is installed on each server. The agent calls back to our monitoring system to log the latest information for that server every minute.
In the Monitor Details section, you can view the last update time of the monitor and an overview of the server's uptime.
Recent Downtime
If there have been issues in the past 7 days, they will be listed in the Recent Downtime section.
Click your mouse over the Info column to get more information:
Usage Graphs
The rest of the screen displays usage graphs for CPU, Memory, Network and Disk Space.
These graphs provide an instant overview of the server's history and current usage statistics.
