If your website isn't loading and you are sure your site isn't broken, there may be a service interruption on our network or IP Address has been blocked due to security issues.
Check your server status.
The quickest way to check if the issue is on our end is to log in to our website and look for the notice at the top of the screen:

If the "We are aware of a potentially service impacting issue." message is displayed, then one or more of our servers is currently having issues.
Click the Learn More link to view our network status page.
We have complete transparency on all of our servers, and you can check their status at any time.
If you're unsure which server your website is hosted on, you can verify this by viewing the service details in our client area.
From the Client Area home page, click on the Services box:

Then click on the Arrow Icon next to your hosting service:
Look for the Server Information box, and this will show you your server name:

Click the rocket icon to open the network status page and check your server's status.

What to do if your server is offline or having problems.
You do not need to log a help desk ticket. We are already aware of the problem and are actively working to fix it.
