Step-by-Step Guide to Create and Download a Full Backup
- Access your cPanel dashboard via our client area
or - Via the cPanel URL, which looks like:

2. Navigate to the Backup Section
- In the cPanel dashboard, scroll down to the Files section.
- Click on Backup Wizard.

3. Choose Full Backup
- In Backup Wizard, click Back Up

- Then choose Full Backup.

4. Select Backup Destination
- Select "Home Directory" as the destination (recommended).
- Optionally, enter your email address to receive a notification when the backup is complete.

5. Generate Backup
- Click Generate Backup.
