How To Blacklist An Email Address on Plesk

You can completely block all emails from a sender or a domain by adding them to your blacklist.

Note: Blacklisting can only be set on an individual account, not across your whole domain.

To add an email address to your blacklist, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Plesk account.
2. Select the domain for the email account you want to change, click on the Mail tab and then Mail Accounts:
   
3. Click on the email address you would like to change:
   
4. Click on the Spam Filter tab:
   
5. Expand the Show Advanced Settings section:
   
6. Scroll down to the Black List section and enter all email addresses you would like to block:
   
7. Click on OK at the bottom of the page:
