How To Whitelist An Email Address on Plesk


Sometimes, legitimate emails can be blocked by your spam filter. If you trust the sender, you can add them to your white list in Plesk.  This will allow their emails to arrive in your inbox instead of being classified as spam. 

Note: Whitelisting can only be set on an individual account, not across your whole domain.

To add an email address to your whitelist, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Plesk account.
  2. Select the domain for the email account you want to change, click on the Mail tab and then Mail Accounts:
  3. Click on the email address you would like to change:
  4. Click on the Spam Filter tab:
  5. Expand the Show Advanced Settings section:
  6. Scroll down to the White List section and enter all email addresses you would like to exclude from your spam filter:
  7. Click on OK at the bottom of the page:
