You can completely block all emails from a sender or a domain by adding them to your blacklist.
Note: Blacklisting can only be set on your domain, not an individual account.
- First, you will need to log in to your cPanel account
- In the Email section, click on Spam Filters
- At the bottom of the screen, click on Show Additional Configurations:
- In the Blacklist section, click on Edit Spam Blacklist Settings:
- Click on Add A New "blacklist_from" Item
- Type in the email address, or you can type in an asterisk and @ symbol followed by the domain name to block all emails from that domain:
For example, this will block all emails from spamsenders.com.
- Finally, click on Update Blacklist
