When configuring your PHP environment, you may see the following error message on your website:
To resolve this, you will need to enable the MySQL extension in your PHP settings.
Follow these steps to fix the error:
- Log in to cPanel
- Scroll down to the Software section and click on Select PHP Version.
- Now click on the Extensions tab:
- Ensure the mysqli extension is ticked:
Your website should no longer be showing the error message.
