You can completely block all emails from a sender or a domain by adding them to your blocklist.
Note: Blocklisting can only be set on your domain, not an individual account.
First, you will need to log in to your Mailchannels account
In the left-hand menu, click on Blocklist:
In the Add box type in either the email address you'd like to add to your safelist (e.g. spammer@spamdomain.com).
Or you can type in just the domain name to accept all emails from that domain (e.g. spamdomain.com).
Then click on the Add Policy button:
You will now see the entry added to your blocklist, and the email/domain will now be blocked from sending you emails.
