How To Whitelist An Email Address on MailChannels

Sometimes, legitimate emails can be blocked by the Mail Channels Incoming spam filter. If you trust the sender, you can add them to your safe list.  This will allow their emails to arrive in your inbox instead of being classified as spam.

Note: Whitelisting can only be set on your domain, not an individual account.

First, you will need to log in to your Mailchannels account

In the left-hand menu, click on Safelist:

In the Add box type in either the email address you'd like to add to your safelist (e.g. support@uptimewebhosting.com.au).
Or you can type in just the domain name to accept all emails from that domain (e.g. uptimewebhosting.com.au).

Then click on the Add Policy button:

You will now see the entry added to your safelist, and the email will no longer be treated as spam.
