You can check the balance of your affiliate account at any time by logging in to your client account and clicking on the Affiliate link to view your Affiliate Dashboard.
On the dashboard, look for the Available Commissions Balance
All values are in Australian Dollars.
Once the Available Commission Balance is above $50, you can request a withdrawal.
(Note: the button is disabled if your balance is below $50)
This will create a helpdesk ticket requesting your withdrawal request.
In Australia, Affiliate payouts are taxable.
The easiest way to handle this is for you to provide us with a tax invoice.
Reply to the ticket with your tax invoice addressed to the following:

Please include a line item labelled "Affiliate Commission" with the total withdrawal amount, including tax. (If you are GST registered).
Your invoice must be in Australian Dollars, and the total must match the withdrawal amount.
Please ensure payment details are included with your invoice.
Bank Deposit or PayPal are the preferred methods of payment.
Once we receive your invoice, we will process your payment as soon as possible.
