Outbound Filtering

We have rolled out the implementation of MailChannels outbound filtering across all of our cPanel shared hosting plans. This service blocks any outgoing spam from our servers.  This protects your domain from blacklisting and improves your online sender reputation. This service is included for free in your plan.

Please note: If you use CloudFlare or any other third-party DNS you will need to update your DNS records. See this article.

Inbound Filtering

As part of the MailChannels roll-out we now offer the optional add-on of Inbound Email Filtering. If you receive a lot of spam that isn't blocked by cPanel filters and Spam Assassin, this service will greatly reduce your incoming spam.

The service uses a quarantine system to stop junk from even reaching the mail server but also allows legitimate email senders to authorise emails that may accidently be blocked.

Also included is an easy-to-use whitelist and blacklist tool as well as a log viewer so you can check which emails have been blocked.

The inbound filter not only protects you against spam, but all incoming emails are checked for viruses, malware and phishing tactics, resulting in a clean inbox.

The cost is $3.30 per month, per domain. All email addresses on the domain are included.
