If you are running low on storage or need more resources for your website, you can upgrade your plan at any time from the client area.
We'll also credit your upgrade with any remaining time left on your current plan only charging you the difference for the upgrade.
Follow these steps to upgrade:
- Log in to our Client Area
- Click on the Hosting Plans box:
- Click on the Hosting Plan you'd like to upgrade:
- Look for the Actions menu and click on Upgrade/Downgrade:
- Select your new plan from the available options:
(note: upgrading from Standard to PowerPack servers requires your account to be moved to a new server and can not be upgrade via the Client Area. Please contact the helpdesk to upgrade.) - Once you have clicked on the Choose Product button you will see an overview of the upgrade, the price to upgrade and the calculated time period of credit being applied:
- Select your Payment Method and click on the Continue button to complete your upgrade.
